Crynhoi Gemau'r Gymanwlad 2026 - Glasgow
Dros y deng niwrnod diwethaf, mae pump o athletwyr Sir Gaerfyrddin wedi cynrychioli Tîm Cymru yn y Para Bowls a’r Seiclo Trac yng Ngemau’r Gymanwlad 2026 yn Glasgow.
Bu athletwyr o 74 o genhedloedd a thiriogaethau yn cystadlu ar draws 10 camp rhwng dydd Gwener 24 Gorffennaf a dydd Sul 2 Awst.
Steffan James oedd yr athletwr cyntaf i ddechrau cystadlu yn y Para Bowlio yn ystod pum niwrnod agoriadol y gystadleuaeth yng Nghanolfan SEC. Dim ond 48 awr ar ôl ei gêm fedal efydd, trodd y sylw at Felodrom Syr Chris Hoy wrth i sesiynau’r seiclo trac ddechrau yn ystod ail hanner yr wythnos, gyda Emma Finucane, Jessica Roberts, Rory Gravelle a Steffan Lloyd yn cymryd rhan.
Wrth i’r Gemau ddod i ben nos Sul, rydym yn edrych yn ôl ar athletwyr Sir Gaerfyrddin a ddewiswyd i gynrychioli eu gwlad yn yr Alban.
Daeth Tîm Cymru, gyda charfan o 113 o athletwyr, â’r Gemau i ben gyda chyfanswm o 12 medal a 10fed yn y tabl medalau — 3 aur, 7 arian a 2 efydd.
